How to Use the HipoBuy Spreadsheet
Use the catalog to find an item, then make each purchasing decision on the current HipoBuy page. HipoBuy describes ordering, warehouse receipt and international transport as separate stages.
Choose an item
Open a product page and compare its title, category, image and approximate USD price. Follow the original listing if you need current seller options or measurements.
Product names do not establish a particular size, material or version. Use the seller information shown for that specific listing.
Open the HipoBuy page
An available button means the linked HipoBuy product page responded during this audit. It does not prove stock, authenticity, a successful order or delivery to your ZIP code.
If HipoBuy restricts the product, the button is disabled. Do not use a manual-order form to work around that restriction.
3. Keep the order stages separate
On an agent order, you review the item and options before payment. The seller may then send it to the agent warehouse. Warehouse status and visible-detail review come before you create and pay for a separate international parcel.
The item price is therefore not the delivered total. Domestic seller freight, optional services, parcel shipping and import charges can arise at different stages.
4. Review before parcel submission
Compare any warehouse images with the listing: visible color, quantity, size label, measurements and requested details. Save your source and order evidence and contact the agent promptly if something appears wrong.
Submit a parcel only after checking the current route, quote, restrictions, insurance terms and destination details in your account.
