HipoBuy QC Checklist for Visible Details
QC is a chance to compare what is visible with what you ordered before international shipping. It is not authentication, laboratory testing or a performance guarantee.
Compare the basics first
Confirm the visible color, model or style, selected size, quantity and obvious included pieces. Compare labels and packaging only to the seller’s listing and your selected options.
For clothing and shoes, use the seller’s actual measurements when available. Do not assume that a labeled size maps consistently to a US size.
Look for visible condition issues
Review seams, printing placement, surface marks, shape and other details the images can show. If a key area is missing or unclear, check whether the agent currently offers an additional-photo request and whether it costs extra.
Know the limit of a photograph
A photograph cannot establish authenticity, material composition, long-term durability, electrical safety or full function. A familiar logo or clean image is not proof of any of those claims.
Act while options remain open
Save the listing, selected options, warehouse images and messages. If something appears wrong, use HipoBuy’s current support and return process before submitting the international parcel. Eligibility and timing depend on the seller and live policy.
